He is responsible for establishing the corporation's Environmental Division, and his client list has grown to include, but is not limited to: recycling centers, landfills, trans-loading operations, material recovery facilities, asbestos and soil abatement services, demolition contractors, residential and commercial waste collection companies, water treatment facilities, and portable toilet/septic companies.

Tony Cardamone is the vice president of sales and marketing for Concorde Inc., based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Concorde, a 30+-year-old company, is an industry leader in DOT compliance, driver qualification file management, drug and alcohol screening, employment screening and occupational health services. Mr. Cardamone has been working with Concorde since 1993 and joined the Concorde team in 2011. Prior to joining Concorde, he spent 25 years in the voice and data industry. He completed his undergraduate work at Villanova University.

 

David Biderman

David Biderman is the executive director and chief executive officer of the Solid Waste Association of North America. He previously worked at the National Waste and Recycling Association and its predecessors for 18 years, most recently as Vice President of Government Affairs and General Counsel. Before coming to in the waste industry, he worked as an environmental and transportation attorney at Steptoe & Johnson, a Washington DC based law firm.

Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the event, will be eligible for a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to an event are eligible for a Future Meeting Credit valued at 50% of the event registration fee minus a $50 administration fee. The meeting credit is valid for one year from receipt of the request. You will receive an acknowledgment from SWANA. Meeting Credits can be used for any future SWANA event. SWANA does not issue meeting credits for No Shows. SWANA will issue an invoice for No Shows.
