The Joint Summit brings together Recycle Florida Today (RFT) and the Solid Waste Association of North America's (SWANA) Florida Sunshine Chapter to discuss the relevant and timely topic of Florida's 75% recycling goal and, more importantly, how to move the needle from 40 to 50 percent in the next 24 months as required by House Bill 7243.
