2022 Trade Americas – Business Opportunities in the Caribbean Region Conference for U.S. Companies

The U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration is organizing the Caribbean Region Business Conference to be held in Miami, Florida on October 23-25, 2022.

The Caribbean region represents a market of 27 million people who collectively imported over $26 billion of U.S. goods in 2021. The Caribbean region is a natural commercial partner of the United States, tied closely together by geography, history, and culture. There is a huge demand for U.S.-made products in the region.

This conference will help your company access opportunities across this important region. Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Western Hemisphere for International Trade, Ian Saunders will open the conference.

Participants will meet with U.S. diplomats from The Bahamas, Barbados & Eastern Caribbean, Belize, the Dominican Republic, Guyana, Jamaica, Suriname and Trinidad & Tobago, and industry professionals, trade experts, international business experts, high-level government officials, and seasoned exporters – with plenty of opportunity for networking.

In addition, you can meet with representatives from U.S. Government agencies such as the U.S. Export Import Bank, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), and U.S. Trade and Development Agency (MBDA).
